I do not have any problems with location and cleanliness. What puts me off is the customer service. I went there around 1:30 and they told me that my check in won’t be until 2:00. While it is fine to deny an early check in, I am disappointed that I went there early and yet my room was given to me 10 minutes past my check-in time. Moreover, some staffs are friendly but most act like they don’t care.

Its generally fine to sleep here at Sogo but i was a bit surprised when we entered the room and found it hadn’t been cleaned yet. The staff did clean it quickly, which I appreciated but we still had to wait outside in the lobby since they didnt offer us another room. Hopefully, this doesnt happen again.

毎日毎日雨が降っています 雨が止んで外に出ても ジメジメしていて、ホテルに帰ってくると 肌 はベトベトになりなんだか気持ち悪いです このホテルのすぐ隣には大手ファーストフード メーカーのマクドナルド社があり とても便利です そしてホテルの前にはコンビニエンスストアのローソンがあります ちょっとおしゃれな雰囲気の場所に このホテルはあります

The room is nice but the location is somewhat in the middle and far from stores but otherwise it stil is a good deal. Service is nice . What more can you expect from Hotel Sogo. Budget friendly and it lives up to their slogan . So clean so Good .♥️♥️♥️

일단 여기는 이미 잘 알려진 호텔이고 그러다 보니까 기본적인 것은 잘 되어 있다고 봅니다 솔직히 이것이 용이한 것은 교통편이좋다는 것입니다 바로 앞이 버스 정류장이나 동쪽으로 북쪽으로 할 때 좋다는 것입니다 서비스 청결 문제는 뭐 다 비슷합니다 가격은 아주 좋고 추천하는 바입니다

호텔은 가성비 대비 깨긋하고 좋습니다 방옆에 차나 오토바이를 주차할수 있는 특이한 호텔 이였습니다 가격대비 나쁘지 않았습니다

Awesome. This is great. Although at first the aircon in the booked room was not good, they offered to transfer to the room where the aircon is working.

Place are very clean/modern than other branch,but service need more improvement! Why I say that? Because I ask then how many times to clean and change the bedsheets but we are just waiting for nothing, The reception who sent my passport in my room I really appreciate it. The call confirmation in my room is amazing as well for safety. Thank you!
